As far as max times you can face an opponent, we should stick with the once per day cap unless we get a lot more players.
Similarly, until we get more players there should probably not be a minimum.

When will the new pillars be allowed in league? They make a lot of new quartet decks viable.

... Guess I'll have to wait till season 3 then... They should be very interesting to play with since they are just slightly less efficient generators than pendulums but allow for quartet action.

You can still allow the new cards in a league match if both players agree.

1st place: 10 000 Gold, 1 Mark and 1 Shiny Nymph
2nd place: 7500 Gold and 1 Shiny Nymph
3rd place: 5000 Gold
Participation Prize: 500 Gold per 10 matches played
Participation will be give to everyone, assuming the have completed at least 10 matches.

I would like to modify OL to be integrated into the game client. OL rules would change from Bo3 any-deck-goes to Bo3 with a single deck that'd include 3 or 6 card sideboards. In PvP one would be able to check OL to enter an OL match, the interface would handle the Bo3. Ideally OL standings would be maintained by server

The League will start as soon as it gets players.
