Took advantage of 82.5% streak bonus and a lucky 50% head hunter; lucky streak bonus run built with Caveman deck then switching to above deck. Nymph queens on Spiritual pillars = Death Nymph = Toxic bonus.  Up and unup geos, in theory, could build more stacks towards 'grounds keeper' bonus.  When I tried Arena 2 later, I figured out how to get 'waiter' bonus.  Arena 1 has the potential to add that bonus, but I wasn't going to grind for another lucky streak bonus.  Sad, I wanted Arena 1 to have the overall highest payout.
