Relevant code is `transform` in game.rs

transform also applies mutation effects when instance has mutant status, so casting jelly on a mutant (note spider cows are not mutants) creates a jelly with a mutant active (but cast/attack/hp are overridden by jelly spell after transform)

If spider cows are not mutants, then why does casting jelly on a cow grant it a random active?

Additionaly, does the mutant trait have any other interactions? There aren't any cards that directly state effects on this trait.

Turns out we mindgated what Septima would play here: Qnymph rush, sopa warden, pb&j. Even with that foresight, we couldn't find much in our elements that could stand up to water. Thermaltox was our best bet against jelly/queen but this barely won.

Discord scrambled me like an omelet- I got completely locked down by turn 2. Highlight of the match was me biding quantum for like 5 turns all to play a dragon while Maxwell's was chillin on enemy field the whole time.
