One of the top Arena 1 farmers according to the Journal of OUEI Studies. Apply envenom to both Mantle and Oceanus.

OUEI: 2.24 WR: 56.00% Plies: 29.5 Time: 38.93 Games: 50
Better feel for playing this deck, how to bait opponent AI, and autoquitting matches.
Wannabe Thorn Carapace 2.0- Attempt 1, Arena 1, tested by Septima Rhay
OUEI: 1.6 WR: 46.00% Plies: 28.42 Time: 38.69 Games: 50
I built the deck then casually tested it vs. Arena 1. Why not turn it into a stat study that only Serprex reads? For casual, non-optimal, and non 'push it' play, I'm surprised it got 1.6 OUEI - must be from bonuses like {Toxic, Purity, Creature less, and Equipped}. I'm intrigued about optimizing this deck and the play for higher OUEI - again really for no practical benefit other than Serprex's enjoyment.
More about the deck..Play mist mantles, play envenoms on mantles and Oceanus, as opponent creatures get poisoned, draw into and play epidemic. Mist mantle has the interesting benefit of occasionally poisoning opponent (meaning their damage got through) but also have a good bit of evasion. With Oceanus purify, a quasi stall gets going and a poison ramp gets going. Vs. the Arena 1 AI, specifically, one has to 'bait' the AI into playing creatures first. If you envenom Mantle before creatures are on board, AI will 'hold' all creatures. It's simply too smart. In fact, it will even cc its own creatures to avoid your poison ramp. Thorn Carapace misses the potential early evasion from mantle to stall and otherwise needs stalling partners like Sadism, Sanctuary, Gratitude, Sh.of.Divinity.
Satisfying wins when they do come.

OUEI: 2.83 WR: 52.00% Plies: 14.64 Time: 16.06 Games: 50
Well I did another run. This time I was even quicker to autoquit if I felt I would lose. Not surprised to see Plies/time improve, and therefore OUEI.
Data across 3 different runs, 150 games is:
2.81 OUEI, 50.67% winrate, 15.59 Plies, 16.98 time per game. For a very easy to play deck, it's a good Arena 1 'starter' deck for players with good rate of income.

OUEI: 2.33 WR: 46.00% Plies: 16.6 Time: 17.40 Games: 50
Tested this before here with better winrate, OUEI. Goal is to run a side-by-side stat study run with another player; waiting for results from Hitei. Instructions to play as fast as possible, optimize for time (I.e autoquit when knowing game will be a loss). Looking at player variance. ofc OUEI highly variable due to Arena RNG, some play mistakes. Looking at my own Plies/times, they are consistent piloting the same deck.

OUEI: 1.66 WR: 48.00% Plies: 15.44 Time: 30.25 Games: 50
I'd replace Rain of Fire. Steals are sometimes dead cards. Feel like it gets outrushed. Wings strategy, while slower, led to higher WR and better OUEI. Graboid, Forest Spectre, and Null mantis all belong in the deck, consistently good. Flesh recluse is okay, pretty susceptible to dying. components can still be optimized. Still looking for a Snova deck that is quick to play, solid damage, resistant to CC, good shield/defense, can stall with light healing = lol. Seldom had issue with Black hole so worth exploring this especially for the players that 'like to play rainbow'. I might go all in on goose, which is sturdy, creature generates - some of which are cc fodder. SoSe did give occasional shields but rarely felt it was tipping things in my favor. So Goose > Sose given there is ample quanta available.
Snova Rush -2nd attempt, Arena 1, tested by Septima Rhay
OUEI: 1.09 WR: 45.00% Plies: 18.08 Time: 38.67 Games: 40
Another attempt with this build was even slower. It appears the gooses are too slow. The tombs are 'meh' and the steals again either really help or are dead. I've considered stormspike. Fog felt good here. I'd move on from a single Otyugh for damage.
Snova Rush -3rd attempt, Arena 1, tested by Septima Rhay
OUEI: 1.29 WR: 38.00% Plies: 13.7 Time: 20.53 Games: 50
Damage forward, faster, but ran into a LOT of mono fire which is ridiculous even in Arena 1 stats. Good luck vs. that.
Snova Rush with GOO-4th attempt, Arena 1, tested by Septima Rhay
OUEI: 1.8 WR: 44.00% Plies: 14.24 Time: 21.53 Games: 25
Only 25 games, but initial results prove a point: Speed. Gift of Oceanus is faster than Quantum Pillar; the downside of less quanta in the long-run is negligible.

In original the idea was to go for ~5 QI & go from there. Bit higher for rushes, bit lower for stalls
12 pillars was people just riffing off MTG, being able to play all pillars asap makes it better to run way more quanta. But player's having so much health somewhat tempers that
I tend to calculate how copies I need per card based around getting the desired quanta/cards played in first few turns. For stalls that's how fast you can shutdown opponent's first few turns

Good winrate and nice win streaks (5-10 wins) going for bonus. Main issue is time to complete games due to decision making and active usage. May see if it fares better in Arena 2. Quanta felt good.
