G1 - loss - Not fast enough to overtake LS orochi healing.
G2 - win - Bonewall is really helpful for staying alive
G3 - loss - Nearly a mirror match, except timpa brought dark mark to use his squids. It made a very large difference.

G1 I had thought of this thing after my match with LiN. Since I know kaempf loves CC, I decided to bring the cloak version. It wasn't needed.
orochi vamp
G2 One vampiric orochi and another feeding on cats was enough to outpace his big cats
dry fungi
G3 I didn't had an opponent to test this for real (it works vs AI), so I decided to risk this since it was 2-0. Turns out it doesn't deal well with rushes.

G3 Seeing it was a 60 card stall I new I had to play orochi fast and rely on cats only. A mulligan gave a decent hand and I pulled through (kirby's panda loboing 2 of my orochi was unfortunate for him)

G4 Whales are very resilient against CC. No PC from him made this easy.

Some good games. Got very hard countered g5.
G1 - win - Had *barely* enough damage to pull off a win on my last turn of living. Apparently this was caused by sirteeth not playing a luciferin he could have.
G2 - loss - Two shockwaves took out my first orochi, and couldn't regain quanta fast enough to make it up.
G3 - loss - Faced a similar but slightly faster deck
G4 - win - Locked down the board, got lucky with him not drawing steals.
G5 - loss - Fairly hard counter. I was considering using The Deck instead, which probably would have gone better.

Neo got an excellent draw and kept bolting my Gryphons, so I quickly lost any momentum I had.
G2 - Wolfbond vs. Fire/Entropy stall
Countered; wolves don't work against a CC stall. Expected a rush.
G3 - PU Rage Whales vs. Wolf Hope
Neo couldn't get out a big enough hope to block 13 dmg whales.
G4 - Mono Dark vs. Dry Fungus
Made this deck on the spot, figured Neo would stall again. Dusk handled Fungi, sharks handled healing.
G5 - Mono Time vs. Shtrigas
Rewind is an excellent spell. Also got a great draw.

Made an error in early announcement of OFORC 3rd place winner. Kirby actually won the h2h vs. Sirteeth. Only post-tourney illegal deck found was Kirby's G1 vs. Lost In Nowhere (used Vampire Stiletto). Result changed from 3-1 to 3-0; no impact on standings. Am taking a look at more precise tiebreaker rules for future tourneys. Thanks for bearing with me as I learn the nitty gritty details of event management.
