How To Actually Join Guilds if You're Not in One

How To Do It
1. At no point may one guild have a member advantage of more than 2 over any other guild. If this is the case, the guild is unjoinable.
2. List 3 elements in order of preference. We'll chuck you somewhere

Q: I DON'T WANT TO BE IN XXX GUILD! RAEG!
A: Haha sucks to be you. But seriously, it can't be that bad, can it?

Q: Erm, I kind of don't know if I'll be available for long
A: Give it a shot, if you go inactive, not much harm done.

Q: Mysterious Disappearance
A: If you're going inactive, tell us why. Also, do it so we can clear up a spot for someone else.

Q: GUILDS SUCK!
A: Okay... you can leave if you want

Just a side note on joining guilds: Trust me when I say that all guilds are very well balanced and equally fun. No guild has any huge advantages over the others.
