I seem to do better with Time Mark and life pends (plus a couple lockets to help versus EQ)

For champs, adding a single anubis seems to be fairly useful since it can make sure those precious mitosis and rejuvinations don't get CC'd on sight.

I also like a couple of scorpion claws instead of eternity. It helps make it tougher for the enemy to counter the mito-rejuv tactic since you can put it on both creatures and weapons that way.
