Title: more arena submission rewards (and peak rating/rank)

(1) Add highest rating and highest rank attained (resets when submitting a new deck), display on top20

(2) Add a bonus of 50g for reaching rank 5 for the first time (per submission), and an additional 50g bonus for reaching rank 1 for the first time (per submission)
