(1)  This will be their first pvp event participation in openEtG
(2)  They've joined an OETG pvp event before, but are newish with fewer than 3,000 PVE games in openEtG at the time of sign-up

Septima had decided to postpone when it seemed there'd be no participants due to War. But didn't update Sign-ups
