Play this before the tournament. Serp is likely planning to change the effect of fractal to drain all quanta of the element it costs. This means an equalized fractal will drain all quanta. This gives me an idea for a new deck of course, and it will be absolutely evil...

A pseudo-rush deck that was inspired by Serp's experiments with SoP Dolphins. Play the SoP, then wait for it to unfreeze before playing creatures. If you forget, they won't get the buff, and they'll die instantly. For prediction purposes, the salvagers will get an extra +1/+1 when the shard is destroyed.

Use SoR on Rustler to set cost to zero, then use lodestone to increase its cost to 1 quantum. This will now net you 1 life every click. Use equalize on fractal and play as many Dragons as you want.
