---this is a thread for the game 'quickdraw'. it is not a single card suggestion in itself.---

original thread for rules
An alternate version can also be played:
-there is no 'intended card'
-there is either no winner, or the winner is the best/most creative solution.
-the poster can post their own ideas as well.

perhaps you can start your tips with "Guess!" or "Creativity!"

Feel free to  start the game at any time, if it died down.
If you aren't participating actively in a game through a chat, make sure to add a deadline timer.
Also, keep in mind that it is possible people can interrupt this with an active game. Go ahead and post the winner after the time is up anyway.

I'm going to be lazy and just post an idea I mentioned in Discord

Spoiler for Hidden:
Poison Bolt
3 :death | 1 :death
Spell
Gives 1 poison counter to the opponent plus 1 per 7 :death you have after playing this card.

Would give at most 14 poison (13 unupped). Weaker than deadly poison with less than 20 :death, so should be fine

Spell
Sets the HP of all creatures with 7 or less HP to 0, without killing them.
Can target immaterial and burrowed creatures.
Consumes all remaining :death
not happy about this, but may as well post it.

i'll post an idea i had during the discussion

expunge
12 :death | 10  :death , remove remaining :death

deal double the damage of the number of poison counters to your opponent, reset opp poison counter to 0.

good as an execute card, better if poison is a supporting damage rather than the sole damage source unless the opp is low enough.

0|10 / 0|20
enters play with 1 poison counter. Pay 25% of your current :death, rounded down, gain +1|+1 per paid quanta. When this creature attacks, return to 0|(10/20) and gain one more poison counter.

When a creature dies, imprint the card on this permanent
:light: discard a card or mill yourself, generate a copy of imprinted card except its cost is :death

Dunno, been trying to come up with an "imprint card code as status" effect for years. Here's an attempt at that concept with the "lots of death quanta" theme
