Decks / Fenghuang Catapult

I saw the AI do this and made a deck around it.

Play Armagio used Feng on it, catapult it, repeat.

Additional Armagios can be used as "intended" to soak up 30 damage, then when they return to your hand you can replay them for another 30 damage.

The deck can afford to run 5 copies of catapult because you can frequently catapult multiple times in a turn.

Each Catapult deals 23 damage, meaning you usually will only need 4. The Armagios and Fengs can usually contribute the last 8 damage. Maybe there should be some way to freeze you creatures as well, but that seems a bit convoluted

Very narrow deck atm, with the only flex slot being a single Titan. You could probably cut the "combo" a bit thinner and add some amber nymphs (healing is probably really well with this engine since you can heal back up while your opponent works through your Armagio, too bad there's not a lot of great healing in these elements) or something.

Took @Serprex 's list and have been farming demigods with it, tweaking as I go.

I cut the Hope package, because it always seemed like I already had locked out the opponent by the time I got Blood Moon, Hope, and enough creatures on board to make the Hope relevant.

I've been going back and forth on Pulverizer and Shard of Focus, shard is a bit more clunky since it's 3 uses only, and sometimes you pull it early with tesseract when all you want is more shamans. On the other hand, it's cheaper to activate, and when you do need it, you can find it relatively easily with Tesseract.

The deck's really fun to farm with because games look very different. Am I going to spam out 10 shamans, 10 sharks and wait for my opponent to die? Am I going to lock my opponent out with Otyugh or Pulvy/Shard? Am I just going to deck my opponent?

I probably should find room for a second magma, but not sure what to cut yet.

Whenever I try to search the forum, I get a database error. Is it just me?

It's probably not a new idea, but it's new to me. Use Tesseract + Hand Drill to get a couple of shamans out, then switch gears and and start pumping out Sharks. Make sure only to activate the drills when you need more creatures in your deck for the tesseract to pull out; that way, you're more likely to draw the good cards in your deck, and if you suddenly need to switch back to pumping out shamans, you can do so.

The Sharks are a MUCH faster clock than waiting for your opponent to naturally mil out, and I frequently found that your opponent could dig out of the "lock" or simply present 100+ damage in a turn if you gave them that much time to figure it out.

The great thing about using a creature for the win condition is you only need to run one in the entire deck, giving you the best odds of getting a couple of shamans down early and avoid being overrun. When you do get tesseract set up. you can "tutor" it out with tesseract, then make a million copies. Their is the risk of your one copy of Shark of Void getting destroyed, in which case, you'll have to fall back on mill.

It has to be sharks since your own shamans are also healing your opponent, healing doesn't do anything against max life reduction, though =).

Emerald shield + aflatoxin might be unnecessary, but it's a great way to gum up your opponent's board.

I'm not saying this is a deck that can farm demigods (it's most definitely not) but I DID get one game off a demigod.
