Title: "heal" ability on spidercows and presumably mutants

change it to mend. unless you actually were aiming for 20 hp a turn heal on a stick

Why not? You need a bunch of luck to get it anyways, and it's not proven OP or unbalanced

I was not actually aiming for that behavior, but "why not?" does strike me. Heal costs less than steal

Mutants are pretty underrated, so if this "buff" puts them over the top, easy fix

Fixed, mutants no longer roll Heal instead of Mend
