Cost: 6 :death / 5 :death
Stats (if creature or weapon): -NA-
Ability(ies):

• unupgraded: "Poison a random creature per stack count each turn.
  :life : Mulch - Sacrifice target creature. Increment stack size."
• upgraded: "Poison a random creature per stack count each turn.
  :life : Mulch - Sacrifice target creature. Increment stack size."

I made this one in honor of allergy sufferers everywhere ;)

The idea is a patch of flowers that release toxic pollen, poisoning other creatures

I may make a lotus series out of this. Stackable random target effect permanents that grow using a sacrifice and the opposing elemental quanta type.
