Forum Notifications: Show new posts on main boards

Whenever I make an update to a main section, people tend to not see it because the main sections(such as "Guilds" example) don't show that there are new posts.

I have not seen this problem. I always see posts from "main boards" under Unread Posts. Have anyone else experienced this problem?
