The Lockets + Inertia get you enough quanta for a constant roll of Black Holes. Start targeting a Fractal when you got it for late-game when you have your Gravity quanta solved.

those lockets really need the upgrade; locket +inertia almost looks like an exploit, but overall this seems less consistent than standard dbh (which really is saying sth) and kinda fancier.

Works vs DG. Think timpa posted something like this before, had to cut some discord/fw for towers to account for locket nerf
