Reason I didn't do this is because you could destroy the card, and there would be no downside to it. I put a downside because it's consistent card draw out of the :time identity.

Not to mention that :fire is the element of deflagration

How about -2 max life when you use the effect, not cumulative (-2 x N) each round, and then suffer (-4 x N) if the card is destroyed?
And you have to pay one quanta each round or it destroys itself, for full damage.

Ehh. That's not really a bad downside at all. Doesn't really matter. Never getting added lol.

But hey, it could always be added right now, and then we can test downsides or other effects later depending on how good the card is.
