Permanent, has active set to last spell foe cast

Alternatively make it a spell. In which case it should cost like :aether :aether cg's thinking, & come in as like multiple copies or something to offer card advantage

Useful when the counter to your opponent's deck is the same spells he uses. I don't think I would waste space in such a situational card, nor knowing who I'm gonna face.
