Adjust Card Pack Elemental rarity

I have been buying gold packs many times now, and I have noticed that most times, the cards of the highest rarity are completely irrelevant to the element chosen. I would suggest having the chances be changed so there is at least ONE card of the chosen element be of the rarity chosen in a pack Uncommon, Rare, etc. One often will spend many times over the actual worth of the card to actually acquire it.

The cards are of the chosen element 50% of the time. So it isn't most of the time
