Unstable Shapeshifter gets out asap. Then follow up with a deja-vu.
When deja's split, all shifters get their deja-vu refreshed so rapid growth of shifters is possible.

Once there are a decent number, pop out a dragon for massive damage.

Some strategy notes:
1) No need to wait for OTK, shifters are ugly so if you have the quanta and a spare dragon, go or the DPS.
2) Don't use more than one shifter and deja at a time unless you have to. Keep the spares in case you need to restart the chain.

Had to use all 3 inno in one turn as all dejas were at bottom half of deck. Hence 3 shifters out before deja hits field leads to a rather high damage limit(http://i.imgur.com/KaX6VO8.png)

Seemed to do the best vs arena of what I tried. Curious about increasing inno

Tuned for pure speed vs DG
