Studies and Statistics sub-board under Decks created. This is where OUEI studies will live. This is managed by me at the moment, though that may change.

Staff board created, mostly as a place to house sub-boards for GO and PvPO so that the organizers can talk amongst themselves.

If we're all very lucky, I got permissions for all this stuff right on the first try. In the likely event I screwed something up, let me know if you notice.
