It seems OP right now. Probably needs some nerfing.
Surgeons seem to make a nice addition if you don't mind using a duo.
With 2 surgeons they are basically a 10|10 for 8 quanta.

I think the OP thing here is dims. Timpa's listed deck is quanta starved

I meant spacewhale is OP. The 2 freeze seems a little thin relative to the quanta efficiency potential.

The main thing here imo is that the freeze becomes irrelevant after PU and dims mitigate the slowness of the freeze anyway.

If whales had self freeze defined as an onplay active to freeze for 2 turns rather than as a default status, then PU would reset the freeze

This may need to be done. PU seems very strong with these right now.
