Legacy / FG Counters

Problems with looking at original forum's FG counters:
1. shards are not easily accessible at this time
2. some of the counters in original won't work in legacy since legacy uses openEtG's AI

cg advertised this deck as the best champ grinder in 2014 https://etg.dek.im/forum/index.php?topic=11

Less effective now that there's more DR shields & bond nerfed

For awhile it was effective against arena1, so much so that arena meta became aoe heavy to counter

Lately arena1 is a lot more rushes & mononoob. A1 stats are higher than they used to be, which makes them faster too. Was finding the original build getting outraced before it could setup. Dims run out in arena1 if you can stall

So I made something that heals faster

Evaluated this deck when getting a feel for whether Massive Dragon deserved being shun pre-buff. Overall conclusion: catapult will always be janky (hard to draw them at the right time, you want to play it as late as possible, but it has to be played a turn early before it can start pumping damage, meanwhile if opponent has PC then it does nothing, & you wait with it so opponent has time to draw PC), but it's able to win where it should: vs dimspam arena decks. Has some nice attributes against antimatter/freeze/bb decks, but premature catapulting loses enough speed for it to struggle still

In terms of pure rush speed, if things go well the opponent dies before you finish playing chargers

Used to run 2x Vulture 1x Arsenic, but it turns out all that matters is hitting combo asap, hard to balance
