Long ago the concept of highlander decks came up in chat. In Hearthstone it's not such a stretch

First, I threw together a true higherlander rainbow, restricting even pillars

Afterwards, I decided if you lifted the pillar requirement the best mono would be life. It's performed surprisingly well in pvp

Guess that concludes "transfer poison" experiment, which had yet to be given explicit text. Poison on a creature now only contributes at most 1 poison

Yes, Blue Mage sap copies passives, but passives aren't removed by lobo effects, so doesn't remove

Arctic Dolphin state management is manged by textless passives. Could probably put some checks to make implementation details less observable. But like existing behavior since it makes Dolphin/SoR a thing

Neat. <100% scaling doesn't mess up layout. I've reproduced with >100% scaling. Looks like it's just rightpane not being composited properly. Will fix

(edit: fixed, had to put min-width:1200px on body when not in vertical composition)

Promocode is probably wrong wording, will update

It's for entering reward codes from winning tournaments etc. In the past those codes would go into Player's Name field

(There's a whole /codesmith command to show which users have codesmith role allowing them to use /code XXX to create codes, same as there's /mod to list chatmods)

This build definitely needs work. Found dispersion/inno quickly mills self hence went full rainbow since want stasis to prevent self mill at some point & made deck thicc

BigDieck's got it. Rico also procs on every subcast of dispersion, so a few dispersions rico'd as Tumbler casting, & each dispersion on throw rock would result in `targets x (rico + 1)` rocks being thrown
