Only situation where I would see this card used is in an OTK, but it's way too expensive and Blitz is generally better.

Also Blitz lets you keep your creatures, this just kills them because poison triggers on attack; adrenaline is worse than no adrenaline when poison is involved imo, although for cards with 3- attack it doesn't really matter. Faster, maybe, but not better over a length of time. DR is also great against adrenaline, whereas not as much against hard hitters which means that pretty much any shield hits this card hard. As I said, outside of OTK or last-turn damage burst this wouldn't see much use. Blitz can be used in damseltal for instance, where you pretty much can blitz the opponent to death.
