I'm currently leaning it not being loboable, but effects giving it -1 HP should kill it. Flexible on it though.
Edit: Gain nocturnal.

does it die if the attack becomes 0 or negative?
Or are thinks like otyugh or maxwell's the only way to remove this from the board?

It does not die when reaches 0 or less.

Does the attack drain stop at 0, or will it go into the negative and start healing the foe if they beat up on undying soul/spirit enough?

Goes to negative and start healing.

Something's wrong. It shouldn't become an invinsible shield with GP, only bypassed by poison, momentum and psionic.
