A lot of these feel better like spells. Some are plain OP. Needs some work imo.

Other than the generator (which should be good now) which ones are OP?

I'm not sure about the fan, I'd rather test it. White flag being OP as a permanent would depend on the change these cards bring to the meta.

I think white flag would be better as a spell (I said that in the thread already).

Thematically I'd have made the unstable runes a spell too.

Requip and Scrapyard seem fine and make a lot of sense as perms (both because of theme and dynamics).

I'm not sure if the current version of the generator is overnerf'd. I misunderstood it the first time too.
