"Back in the day" competitions were held regularly.
I miss them, so I figured I could try to bring them back by hosting some.
I enjoyed card competitions the most, so here is a (relatively simple) one to start with.

Depending on the amount of people engaging with this I may or may not host more competitions.
Do let me know if you're interested.

Christmas Gift

Let's share

Elementals, come all, and gather around,
and I will tell you a story of old.
The tale was widespread and renowned,
though for years it has been untold.

When the days grew colder and the nights became longer,
all the elementals' moods would change so swift:
the bonds would tighten, and friendships grew stronger,
as every elemental thought of a perfect gift.

Nowadays the tradition is scarce, rusty, and stale;
nothing new given- an old gift is reused instead.
My dear elementals, let's not have this be the end of this tale:
we can tighten our bonds, and think of new gifts to spread.

The competition

Design a card. The card must have some synergy or interaction with 'Give'.
The card must be "playable".
While not required, having the card be useful outside of decks that use Give is a plus. So try to not have your card be a forced combo.

You have until the 27th of december, 23:59, UTC.
In days, hours, minutes, that is: nothing, as the time is up.

Submitting

To submit your card, simply post it in this thread.
A seperate topic in the card submission board (https://etg.dek.im/forum/index.php?board=9.0) is not required.
It can be convenient if you want to have a discussion about the card though.
An image is not required.

If you want to change your submission, edit your original post. (Perhaps you could leave the old submission in [spoiler=old submission][/spoiler] tags.)
If you have more than one idea, wait until the time is up. This way, someone else who has the same idea as your 2nd 'submission' will still be able to partake.

A: If people want it I can write a 'Tips' section / write how I go about making cards.

Whenever you draw a non-rare card, change your mark to that card's element. Regrade the card
Whenever you draw a rare card, transform it into a dragon of the same element

Cannot be played from hand. Immediately enters the field when drawn from deck.

Card can enter field through hourglass, tess, draw at the start of turn, etc. The card cannot be played through scattering wind, whim, SoSe, as those cards don't draw this but mulligan, swap, add the card to hand, respectively.

Thought I might as well submit an idea of my own.

notes

'cards' means 'cards, either in hand or in play' (similar to give), but I didn't find a good way of wording it.
"a copy of a card changes controller" means that the a card is copied to the other side of the board.
Cards that can potentially trigger Shinobi's first ability:
Spider Cow, Chaos seed, Pandemonium, Pandemonium 3.0, Tomb, Graviton Salvager, Clepsydra, Give, Reinforce, Hand Drill, Tornado, Goon, Nightmare, Yoink, Steal, Beguile, Phase Salvager, Dream Catcher, Mindgate, Parallel Universe, Fractal.

Unstable Shapeshifter doesn't trigger the ability, as it doesn't generate a copy to your side- rather, it changes something you already own. Of course, if it changes into, say, Goon, it can still cause Shinobi to trigger.

Shinobi itself isn't meant to be given, of course. Rather, when you play give on something else, you heal extra, and deal a fair amount of damage.
