Title: Tracking unstable shapeshifters

It would be easier to track active shifter cards on board with different color border/glow.  Cards will skills available have a black border that pops, making it easier to see.  Maybe pink for shifter cards.

Shifters get active abilities, right?

So they would need to preserve the thick black border element for that.

Perhaps some kind of pink drop-shadow instead? That might even help the thick active-available border show up.
