Inno + reinforce can be maybe stronger with some luck but the timing of bomb require to play as much of them as possible to blow them synched
Dry spell is more on the OTK side, a playstyle i always hated both for farming or pvp. And probably dry spell + inno + reinforce together makes a lot more sense than fractal, dropping the balls for dry spells. Discard extra spells, help with the timing of bombs and so on.
I was also trying this
just to draw a bunch of card, make my deck bigger but at this point 52 pickup is really underwhelming with time bombs so easy to go boom.
