Competition Points: points are earned based on your deck's usage in the related and upcoming individual pvp tournament.
1. When your deck is selected by a tournament player during the 'deck selection phase', you'll earn 5 points each time your deck is 'selected'
2. Each time your deck is 'played' you'll earn another 1 points
3. Each time your deck 'wins' a game you'll earn another 2 points
4. The winner of the competition is the one whose single deck earns the most points throughout the tournament. There will be a side reward for the player that earns the most points for their two submitted decks combined.
About the tournament: full tourney rules will be posted soon. Know for now that all submitted decks will be made public on March 3rd. The deck submitters will be anonymous. Tourney players will select 10 decks from the pool of submitted decks. Tourney players are restricted to playing the decks they selected in a play-5-games match format, round robin tournament. A deck may be played once in a 5-game match. The decks that tourney players select will be known at the start of the match phase. Tourney players may play decks they built for the competition but will not earn any points for using own-built decks.
Rewards:
1st place: 30k gold and 2 shiny nymphs
2nd place: 20k gold and 1 shiny nymph
3rd place: 15k gold and 1 shiny rare
Participants: 10k gold
Bonus reward for most points across two decks: 15k gold

Because of the 'using own deck submitted' penalty, Serprex's Pixiegon and Monofire w/shield didn't place but earned the most raw event points.

— The singularity combo is really neat. A bit too luck-reliant and too easy to counter for a tournament setting, but must be fun to grind with.

— I'm glad I wasn't the only one who tried the great maul / dull khopesh combo! I'm sure that combo has a lot of potential, it's only a matter of finding the right shell for it.
— The gravity shield deck would have probably been more appealing as an earth/gravity duo, but kudos for thinking outside the box.
Hitei
— The chimera scythe combo is another really cool one, I think the deck needs fine-tuning but could be the next big thing.
Niharia
— The material bomb deck was my favourite to actually play, I regret only picking it once during the event. I might actually steal it and add it to my saved decks rotation, if you don't mind :-p.
Septima Rhay
— The mantis deck is neat, but strongly lacking in aether quanta. I often found myself needing 4-5 each turn, but only have 1-2 available. Just letting you know :-p.
Elemensch
— Since you have already requested help to improve your cardinal deck, my advice would be to 1) actually have something to do with your aether quanta, 2) either get rid of the scorpion-momentum combo or focus the deck on it, since the two halves of the deck (goose-wand & scorpion-momentum) don't synergize well together.
