Title: Trade bug?

I opened a trade with Chapuz, and then he cancelled immediately. I saw:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'element' of undefined, http://etg.dek.im/etgify.js, 6363, 58, TypeError: Cannot read property 'element' of undefined

and I don't know if it happened upon starting trade or upon his cancelling. He didn't seem to want to try again to test.

Sorry, I had to go.
I opened the trading screen (clicked on his trade message) and canceled it immediatly.

Still a bug, will look into having cancel resolve more gracefully

Line numbers appear to be stale, will have to try reproduce
