Cost: 5 :time / 5 :time
Stats (if creature or weapon): 6|2 / 8|3
Ability(ies):

• unupgraded: "Discarded or killed: Deal 1 spell damage to both players per tachyon in either deck.
  Chance on hit: unsummon self add a copy to both decks."
• upgraded: "Discarded or killed: Deal 1 spell damage to both players per tachyon in either deck.
  Chance on hit: unsummon self add a copy to both decks."

Activate chance can start low (25% to 33% maybe) and then increase after each hit, or can just be some flat percentage (around 40% to 50%) if that is too complicated.
