Title: Card problem when wiping and restarting an account

1) I created a new account, chose  :fire as starter element. I reported the bug of not showing the first deck and then I wiped the account.

2) I logged in to my just-wiped account, chose  :air as starter element and then wiped the account.

3) I logged in to my just-wiped-again account and chose Fire. Suddenly I do have a Deck 1 with the cards that are shared of the starter cards of the  :air decks.

I have no more time to test this, but I'm guessing something's weird going on that may be a quick and easy fix.
