Rationale: scramble destroying 9 quanta if player is sabbathed seems like a bug
Would drop cost to 2/1 with this change. Change being to not have sabbath interact with scramble

I personally like the mechanic, but do find it unfortunate that it relegates Sabbath to scramble combos in terms of being able to buff it in its current form
