Title: Silence doesn't silence Alicorn

When my opponent plays Silence, I can still use Alicorn to activate my pillars, and they do generate quanta.  Seems like a bug, or an unstated exception.

Not a bug, I just tried to reproduce it.
Probably Lokust actually thought this should have happened during Silence?

Sorry, I did mean Sabbath.  It was definitely Sabbath.

I just tested it and there's no such bug, Alicorn just consumes the 2  :light quanta it costs and doesn't generate anything. Deck used + custom AI:
