Title: [] hide art on instances setting for bad connections/machines

Toggleable setting to hide card art on instances and replace with instance name. Card art would only show up on mouseovers. Would solve the flashing-between-art-for-a-long-time problem on less powerful machines and save on data for less powerful connections. Possibly only as a short term fix, because art is pretty.
