Title: free packs not displaying properly

1047 Kong:Vindilos it kept saying 4 free pack available even when they werent
1047 cg_maybeafk the free packs are quality-dependent
1047 cg_maybeafk so if you're trying to use bronze free packs on platinum or something, not gonna work well
1047 cg_maybeafk you start with some bronze/silver/gold free packs usually
1048 Kong:Vindilos Yes I konw, but it said 4 free packs avalabele . then I bought silver packs but it kept saying 4 availbable, but I had less remaining.
1049 Kong:Vindilos It said "4 avaialbe" when I had 3 available, whih seems like a bug, or I missed something

edit: personally recreated the bug. free silver pack count does not decrement. tested with entropy starter.
