Having a ban phase could be useful. I know when elementscommunity did this kind of tournament there was an OP grabbow, & many players mutually agreed to not use that deck each other

Numbers based on a good value when considering attempts to abuse it as inno fodder. Using inno on it is essentially a combo-based 3|3 for 3 with "Draw a card on play"

Unknown: whether this would be useful outside of inno fodder. Maybe in a rico-burncard deck

Time Barrier may only gain 4 charges per turn. This nerf seemed the best way to nerf the OP use cases while not harming other cases

It doesn't consider accountbound cards, so if you have 1 accountbound & 11 non accountbound, it'll not upgrade

It's a little sloppy, but useful for doing things mostly right

Time Barrier costing more forces it to only be viable in monotime. A better nerf would be to limit the maximum charges it may gain per turn, thus stopping it from being abused by monotime
