  • Oversize.
  • Weak to rush deck, reflect shield, etc.
Tired of testing it with annoying decks and AI, would adjust it latter.

Last deck looks like my ShamanOTK jelly variant

The first deck in ShamanOTK seems pretty cool.

Time for more Catapult spam. Using mitosis tends to lead towards stall until you can combo. Mitosis is great for shamans as well, and you can clear them with catapults if shaman healing opponents gets in the way. If you have excess armagios, you can have them take damage while you heal.

Thorn Carapace is really nice, but slime shield is pretty good as well, and I like to run 1 or 2 druidic staves since its cheap efficient healing. The shards of bravery can be quite nice since you are building up to a combo, and upgraded shards only take 1 turn from the locket, in which changing frequently is incentivized. Not needed though.

The idea is cool, but I soon feel bored on this deck. Here, regardless of poor draw. I do not like it because it is too easy to build a super strong defense that counters everything, expecting those cards counter against it. I mean... the border, either counter or not, seems to be too determined.
This fits the idea that a weakness a deck can have is being one dimensional, but a lot of optimized decks end up being one dimensional for higher tiers of AI since in that meta you can't afford inefficiency. That's generally how I feel about geodiss/dispmeta decks, they have their big trick, but that trick needs to pay off

I've generally tried for openEtG to not end up with a meta of these sorts of decks, but it's a bit inevitable. A recent case of that was when I was comparing speedfungus to bobbit fungus, where the latter has a lot more decisions it can make & adapt with

  • Low damage.
  • Long lasting.
This deck is more interesting than I expected.

  • Weak to anything bypass shield.
  • Basically rely on drawing some Repulsors in early game.

Yeah, it may function less well while countering Dispersion + Metamorphosis. For Georesonator, I doubt if it counts as purely pillarless.

If I understand correctly, you steal all opponent's permanents and utilise 'Dispersion + Metamorphosis' to create an element gap, right?

This deck is about spamming 3x Dreamcatcher + Stormspike to deckout the opposition, and then using high chroma income to play all the cards Stormspike steals. Embezzle is in there just as another way to drain their deck.

Then Equalize Steal -> Dispersion or Equalize PU -> Dispersion to use their threat against them.

You can use multiple Dispersions on the same spell, so keep your Equalize'd cards in your hand. 2x DisPU means you have 3x the creatures, since it works on your own side too.
