i'd be good with a permanent that poisons per death, though it'd probably have to be pricy
since it seems basically like condor except with sticky damage
as a shot in the dark starting point i'd probably cost it similarly to bone wall

The thing is that it's virtually a better effect than Vulture, because of its sticky damage. So it would have to be as expensive as a Bone Wall if it remains in
or a handful of affordable quanta if it was of another element.
So, we would have to think about an element and theme, and probably secondary effect that relates it to another element.

it mechanically is death-only because right now death effects are death only
unless those death effect interactions are in entropy and dark
but like i said, we moved aquatic and nocturnal out of water/dark
so we are clearly working on making sure individual elements don't have a monopoly on mechanics
maybe it's time to change the mechanical requirement of being in death to involve death
or maybe it isn't. just throwing thoughts around like i said
