Seems a little bit on the weak side... I can think of a handful of uses, but since it overwrites active skills, its going to have limited usage outside of raw creature spam. We have wolves, cells, and fungi for that already, so I'm worried it will end up being a little redundant.
I suppose the combo with voodoo could work out alright. Seems like kind of a narrow niche though.
