playing a card from hand doesn't end mouseover

so the preview stays visible until you mouseover something else

edit- also true of click-targeting a spell/active that kills the target. basically have click trigger the same thing that end-mouseover triggers

This is caused by React rerenders removing the element. Previously we tracked mouse position & updated the hovercard on every frame
