Mass stat buff. Hopefully the cost, row, and duration limit should keep it from being too abusable.
I may have overdone it on the limitations, so if you think it needs to be buffed in some way, just let me know how.
-The buff wears off at the start of the player's next turn. This could end up reducing some creature's HPs below 1. In that case it is handled the same way as a loss of eclipse or loadstone (e.g. creature would die on its next attack unless healed or buffed).
