Torneko has suggested we reintroduce original's upgraded Dry Spell. I can see Dessication being added as a separate spell

Thoughts on what the correct cost for oetg's meta would be? Does oetg's meta want another blue element thunderstorm?

I think it's too redundant.
Part of the fun of the game is to build the deck with the elements you need for your desired effect. A more expensive thunderstorm with a + effect that will be considered unstable in the deckbuilding process won't add anything we don't already have, or at least I can't think of any use for it.
