TeamCommunity Deckbuilding challenge: Demigods face-off

Players sign-up for a Deckbuilding team ranging from 3 to 7 members submit one deck. The deckbuilding team submitted decks will face-off against the first nine Demigods of OETG: Atomsk, Thetis, Kenosis, Lycaon, Nirrti, Suwako, Akan, Gobannus, and Anubis.  Normally, openEtG player decks start off with 100hp, 1 mark power, and 1 card draw.  However, the 10-year birthday celebration has given the openEtg player an uncommon power - the power of the Demigods!  The deckbuilding team players submitting decks may build one deck of their own with Demigod stats - 200hp, 3 mark power, and double card draw.  These decks will face off in a ‘fair fight’ vs. the primordial demigods.

Match details: Both player decks and the primordial demigods will each have one deck life.  Once they lose a battle, they are exhausted.  If they win a battle, their life is retained and they may enter a new battle with refreshed stats. Septima Rhay will drive the player built decks vs. one of the 9 Demigods in random order. If more than 9 community decks are submitted, a random Demigod will be added to the face-off to ensure that player decks and Demigod decks are equivalent.

Deck Submission: through December 31
Battles: tbd by Septima
Rewards:
Participation reward: 5k and a shiny rare
Defeating the demigods: 20k gold bonus and a shiny nymph

well, I was tempted to put together a dg geodiss deck, but I need to defend the case I make that rolhope is still a top deck vs DG
6/3/1 aesthetic rolhope

I usually like to throw in a couple mind flayers for sopahope, but aesthetics

This event is now modified from a team sign-up format to deck submission format as is the case with the Mage Gauntlet. Submissions taken through Dec. 31.

Players submit one deck with Demigod stats (200hp, 3 mark power, 2 draw power). Give your deck a demigod-like name.  It is highly recommended to test/tune a deck with these stats in 'Custom'; see tutorial here

Septima Rhay will drive the player submitted decks.  The AI will drive the Demigod opponent decks.

Long considered bobbit worms to be soft, cute, and charming.  The name itself invites a cozy image.  Recently, I looked up what they are, how they look, and how they hunt.  They belong in a deck named Malice.

The ways this deck intends harm:
-Frailty then bobbit worm active
-Spite envenom
-Ice Bolt
-Turning tears to death nymphs

Built thematically so far, will test then modify for face-off.

I did test this vs Anubis, Atomsk and Thetis. Just make sure to start with a pend and a SN.
Probably gets destroyed by Kenosis. Should do decent vs the remaining ones.

For your deck: bond, druid, mito, wolves fit the Artemis theme.  Lightning and Wisdom seem associated with other Greek gods.  Also, deck you built resembles suwako, and the quanta balance is off given 3 mark power. Here's another take on Artemis retaining some of your ideas while focusing on hunting, protection, sniping, and cool girls:
076qq016rr026ue0171r0174v017830477u027am027as027bb017hd017h0027k6017n3017ti0180h018pi
Associations: Hunting, Flock and Chase, Wilderness, Wild Animals, Childbirth, Protector of young girls, Hanging out with nymph harems, bow and arrows, a story about a boar. Wicked Shield could join the hunt.

Destiny - Now with geese!

I think this could be revised further to balance the new egg/improve meta with the original concept, but this seems to hold its own against other demigods. Perhaps pancakes over procrastination would be a better choice? Anyways. Back in the days of yore, when I was playing the original Elements on Kongregate and had a weird phobia about forums, Destiny featured relatively frequently in the headcanon I developed for the game. I've wanted to see a goose-based overhaul of her since I discovered oEtG, saw golden geese, and realised that she wasn't part of the new pantheon. So, I figure she should be my submission to this event.
Spoiler for I tested 2-3 battles each:
good vs. atomsk
weak vs. Thetis
Weak vs. Kenosis
good vs. Lycaon
good vs. Nirrti
mixed vs. Suwako
good vs. Akan
good vs. Gobbanus
good vs. Anubis

it was mostly trying to add aether cards that could use aether. but yeah your deck seems way better (plus I didn't even remembered what suwako was about as I hardly do and FG). so yeah I would take your deck. (quanta is off because I'm not used to create fg either).

At first I tried submitting a deck about the greek god of thieves, with steal, yoink goons and maybe touch of midas, but I didn't liked the end result and choosed for the more traditional artemis.

This was the first 100% upgraded deck I ever built. It has finally risen from its tomb to face the demigods along with the rest of the group.

Boar Horde
0656a066r0057450474k068080380i018pl
Definitely an on time submission for an on time event :^)
This deck can win vs all DGs, just don't brick or get combo'd into oblivion. With the extra quanta and draws from DG stats, its not uncommon to get enough repulsors to fully lock them down and hoard chargers to unleash everything back to back.

btw, steals dont trigger any inertias if they target inertias/lockets, so don't expect the extra quanta from that.

We're at 8 decks, need one more.  Then we can run the Demigod Face-off: 9 of our decks with DG stats vs. the 9 oldest DGs.

What match format would people like to see?  Best of X games? RNG pairing? X deck lives? Deck winner keeps going or automatically rotate to new deck after each match?
