Otherwise Life already has the best quanta ramp, & this can sort of be read as "creatures cost 1 less" which Life already sort of has with its creatures. This would only make cheap creatures better to run than expensive creatures, since it effectively makes Frog cost 1. tl;dr this card's only point is frogtal
