elemental icon sizes

They are apparently double the correct size, for some odd reason.

I switched to using a texture atlas today. This is the last kink to work out

transform=scale(.5) achieves half-sized icons, but doesn't reduce DOM dimensions

Well, at least a last resort is adding the small icons to the atlas.

any chance of reverting this until you get around to fixing it? it's srsly ugly.
