FWIW I think I ran into that problem a month or two ago and was advised to try firefox instead of chrome. It is working for me now. Don't have chrome on this computer to check right now, but if you've been trying on chrome, I'd recommend giving firefox a shot

Also, if you haven't tried at all lately, I've noticed a number of gamebreaking (for me) bugs that existed in the last few months are fixed now
