spacebar and mulligan

If you spacebar before mulliganing, it means "accept hand". If you mulligan once, the mulligan button gets selected, so if you try to spacebar for "accept hand", instead you throw away the hand you want to accept and get a new one.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's similar problems with other buttons. Resign for example could be a pretty big one.

I think there's an "unselectable" attribute that you can give buttons or something to that effect, so spacebar(keyboard shortcut) doesn't get confused with spacebar(activate selected button).

Issue here is that we check that DOM element receiving event is the document body, as opposed to the chat input. May be better to check that DOM element receiving event is not a textarea. Not concerned with tab/enter not working correctly
